well hard to believe 2 years ago today is when my fight began against cancer, alot has happened in those 2 years. some good, some bad, some life changing and some life altering. i say thank-you to those you have been with me through the journey from being diagnosed, to the first surgery, to chemo, to loosing my hair, to getting fatter, (and with fatter - sassy) i love you all! i remain cancer free, by the grace of God and His strips i have been healed!

good afternoon to all ( 5 of ya!) wink wink

been very crazy in my life (not that that EVER changes)
but i would really like to take a step back and redo, and change priorities! i think mine are really messed up!
i want to spend so much time with tb - it hit me the other day she only has 8 more years at home with me. 8 years what? i just love her so... i have be striving to be a better mother to her. but what about me, i really need some me time! i so misss scrapbooking and taking pictures of her and have something to journal about. i think since the fire and loosing everything why bother, i got her and the memories, but i need to write them down... all of them.
wanted to do bsf so bad, but no time! and i have almost talked myself out of the bible study that starts tomorrow night, no way to get tb to me when basketball ends at 7 and bible study starts at 6:30.
want my house to be nice to have people over, scrapbook, have a girl movie night, ect. NO MONEY! whole diffrent story.
i think im lost! i want to be found... can i slow down or will the guilt of not letting tb have a fun and action packed childhood get to me.
im lost! so i will be better about blogging at least i get my feelings out this way. now that tb has a camera i can attach pictues i will try to share a couple of pictures a week with you.

good morning world...

well my class went well last night and the ladies seemed to like the class 3 cards and one tag. there was 3 kits left if you would like to let the store know. only $10.00. next one is january 5

well having some struggles right now... try to work through them... plate very full with worries.

have worked alot on the house and getting little projects done... hope to take the christmas break and get some big ones and hopefully ALOT done.

have a busy week-end planned basketball and cheer!

starting to REALLY clean out scrapbook room and hoping to get ready for a sale at mim's in january! lots of fun out with the old and in with the new!

good afternoon..
day 2 and doing well
stayed on the diet, no ugly words said and tucker and i spent the whole day together and had a great time. dog park, bowling, playing games and doing laundry (not fun for her but had to be done!)

you can see all of my scrapbook room floor now.. YEA!!! and going to do some work in it tonight! the living room not so pretty, but i have gone throught 21 boxes from stuff from the fire and got it down to 16 boxes. if i had my china canbinet and 2 more shelving unit in the scrapbook room (eric's Marine Corps stuff) it would be down alot more... but i will continue to wait on the insurance company to pay the man who is repairing, and restoring my antiques.

have not figured out how to post pics yet (sorry) but i have taken pictures of the scrapbbok room in progress to share... it doesn't look like jenni bowlin's but im happy with out it has come out.

only 3 more days off till im back to my part time job at school, have enjoyed the break with tucker and family.

off to play and clean (that only said for eric *wink wink)see you tomorrow!

good morning 2009!

i have made it! 2008 was one of the hardest years of my life. but with God ALL things are possiable!

i have decide to change... things that hold me down, people that well are just not nice and dont provide a good enviroment for me well... good-bye!

i started this week with my life changes...
i recleaned out my scrapbook room (not done but will be by the end of the week-end)

here is a list of changes that i will make for myself this year...
1. be a better christian woman - more Christ like
2. be a better mother
3. organize my house to make it a home
4. scrapbook something every week
5. learn how to post pictures to this blog so i can share my life with you better.
6. post to this blog everyday
7. loose 7 lbs by the end of the month (small goals)

how will i reach this goal self control (pray for me), and i bought a juicer, losts of vegatables and fruit, protien shakes. and keep a food journal.

thank-you to everyone for your prayers and warm thoughts during my very hard year. i had another hard week. i lost my dad on december 16 and my grandfather is still in the hospital. continue to pray.
im now cancer free and look forward to a better year.

well for all 2 of you that read this i would thought i would take a little time to say hi -

for a very short update here we go by month....
september - after arriving in little rock to fly to arizona - to creative escape - eric calls and our house is on fire 70% of house contents gone and about 40% of house structure is gone. we move into apartment - i now remember why people buy houses! CRAZY people live in apartments! JJ

october - nothing eventful - still waiting to on insurance to start working on house.

november - USMC ball - and we start travling for cheer. in this month i had the hardest thing to deal with happen. my brother jerod and his wife danae were expecting twins - both boys due in march. well them little angels surprised us early and were born in late november. (i will not post pictures - if you would like to see and live close i will gladly show off my nephews) in the end i have two handsome angels watching over me. i love you teegan and merrick

december - nothing eventful have christmas at apartment alone and tucker gets her cell hone from santa - i will also mention 4 weeks later it was lost.

january - working on house still hope to be in it by end of the month. ohhhh and i quit my job - unemployed and stay at home mom.

febuary - well another rough month - this time for me. after a self exam back in november i finally go and have a mommogram done on feb 11 - i get the call on the 13 that changes my life - i have stage 2 breast cancer. - God my plate is full! oh and we are having to move back into the house undone!

march - the 6th i have a single massactomy and remove my right breast. move back into UNDONE house the 7th. i begin chemo on march 27th. still strugglng with all emotions on this sorry! went to memoryvilla crop the week after my surgery had the time of my life. thank-you ladies! and julie for driving me (this was an adventure in its self)

april - now bald - and have 2 chemo treatments under my belt. in the house did i mention still UNDONE. ohhh and still no job. where is the poor house????

may - nothing eventful - have 3 chemo treatments done. and i will be 38 this month! holy moly.

well i lived throught the evening... *wink wink
after work went to tuckers's swimming lessons last night, she is doing so good! after that went home, tucker had cereal (i knew i ate to much of that stuff when i was pregnant) for me a multi vitamin and 2 eggs (scrambled w/ 1/3 cup cheese) & 2 slices of tomato w/ black pepper and a water. worked around the house, stared at my mmm entry and tried to put the last layout i need together... didn't happen!
this morning up at 5 shower and off to work. where i work there is a big circle drive. got here at 5:10 walked until i had done 2 miles 5:45 went to coffee beanery had my coffee only this time w/ low fat carmel and no whip (did NOT taste the same) but i will only have 2 of these per week where i was having 5 a week. breakfast yogurt and a red apple and water.

eric says after 14 days of change that this will be cope habit. i hope in 14 days i see a diffrence. i WILL see a diffrence.

what is the hardest thing you have ever had to do??? for me i'm sure it's not the hardest but it is a really bad struggle. WEIGHT!
i'm going to give you a little history and tell you my plan... do i have one? i think so. and since only maybe 10 of you read this NO need to be embarrassed!
the year 2003 i have be struggling with LOTS of female problems and after 3 diffrent doctors it became obvious that a hysterectomy was in my near future. feb 2003 i go into have my surgery weighing 139 lbs..... fast forward today, my metabolism is in a coma! seriously a sleep.
i have had many battles in the last 2 years of my life that i think i use food as a healing agent. well not that my battles have gotten away but i have... aged, and aged bad. i look at my face a see alot of wrinkles and my skin just don't have that same look. i do drink ALOT of water, wash and moisturize my face everyday. but main problem is i have let my weight and how i feel about myself when i look in a mirror (YUCK) yes nak** (i know you are saying YUCK or did i really need to know that?) is not pleasing to me.
so today i bought a scale and i'm gonna start using it! i know that i will never have a runway models body.... but i could stand to be ALOT thinner and healthier with my eating habits. so since i bought the scale, i brought into my office and took it out of the package and weighed myself 188.8 lbs (there i said it, for all the world to hear) i will be setting small goals and letting you know what they are.
today 7-11-07 goal 1 - to weight 3 lbs less than i do today, i will eat no sweets, and eat healthier meals, and i will walk 5 days in the next week, at least a mile.
i'm not starting tomorrow, i started today. wish me luck.
i'm sure i will be here before the week is up.... see you soon!

emotionally - for me this is easy, i'm a emotional basket case so tucker sometimes touchs my heart with something so sweet and just out of the blue.

i'm again a bad blogger! smacking hand!
i will go back as far as i can remember and tell all....

well tucker is out of school and currently going to girls inc. here in fort smith. it is a summer program for young ladies. tucker seems to like it. they can go swimming everyday if they would like, arts and crafts projects, cooking classes, hiking, going to the park, ect. what was such a blessing about this is, we were paying $65.00 a week at daycare. this whole summer program YEP you guess it $65.00 FOR THE WHOLE SUMMER! able to save alot of money and put it towards school. (tucker goes to a private christian school, if you are new to blog) we are on a 2 week break from cheer, kinda nice i still leave at 3 and spend the afternoon with tucker. speaking of cheer gonna get going full force in about 4 months, starting to learn parts of what i think might be the routine and tucker is looking real good for flying again. its so hard to believe she will be in 3rd grade this coming year. but you know they grow up right before our eyes, sometimes just a little to fast. speaking of that.... she lost a tooth the other night and placed it under her pillow, knowing that the tooth fairy was sure to come. but the tooth fairy was EXHAUSTED from having a yard sale in the house (more on this later) and having to clean it up.... that she went to sleep and didn't wake up till it was to late. sunday morning we go off to church and i tell tucker that i will call the tooth fairy and let her know that she had lost a tooth. when we get ready to go to bed that night tucker asked the question that i fear and know that she is growing up. "mom are you and dad the tooth fairy?" WHAT? i ask NO! (no i don't lie to her but here YES) why would you think that? i ask "just cause" she says. eric says he doesn't like lying to her, well i don't either but she is the last little on that i will have and i don't want to loose this, my luck next she will ask about "the big guy" you know!!! any how tooth fairy came and left $5.00. tucker was happy and nothing else has been said.
went off to gasc (great american scrapbooking convention) in arlington a couple of weeks ago with rhonda and melanie to teach for www.chatterboxinc.com i was just the cute girl handing out the kits and doing door prizes. had alot of fun. met up with april on friday only, and met with angie, brit, and mandi all week-end. {{love these girls}} and met my twin look at pic below miya and her mom alice. they were a BLAST! and a big shout out to jeannie, and my ever so sweet friend heather ales met up with her sunday at the store she works at www.scrpabookpad.com ok are you ready they have shopping carts IN A SCRAPBOOKING STORE! ohhhh THANK-YOU Jesus! I only spent about $40.00 but the whole shopping cart thing was tons of fun. wanna see a picture www.chatterboxinc.typepad.com and scan down you can see rhonda with one. ate at this killed mexican food place in the same shopping complex and the scrapbook pad! SERIOUSLY need one of them in fort smith. i kept eating and eating and when i felt it was stopping in my throat i knew i could not eat any more. all and all was a great time. i really missed julie and monica who went with us last year.
this coming week-end i'm preparing to go to pittsburg kansas (my hometown) it's my grandparents - nannie & popo's 60th wedding ann. (see pic of them below) get to go eat at chicken annies... mmmmmmmmmm can't wait and the saturday off to th park for some family fun and visiting. my aunt melinda and uncle carl and their children hans and anna with their spouses are here and can't wait to see them. will post pics when i get back.
my julie is turning 30.... we had her surprise birthday party saturday at her house. was a BLAST! she was so surprised! we had hamburgers - hot dogs - all the fixin's and great cake with fun drinks. i think a few people got pushed in the pool, maybe by accident.... NO - NO accident! with pink ballons and surronded by here friends i think she had a wonderful time. love you julie!
ok on to the yard sale, was going to have a yard sale saturday, but with the chance of rain.... i did the craziest thing ever! i had the yard sale in my front living room. moved the rug and couch into the dining room and with eric's help got it all set up by 10pm. the nest morning was a little slow, but my time it was all said and done $267.00 dollars and eric would not let me put ONE box back into his garage. so divided it all up community rescue mission, clothes closet, good will, and a trash bag. it's all gone! have added some new things while going room to room in the house but most of the stuff has been though 3-4 yard sales. was so good to clean it all out. when we got home sunday from church and to sweep and mop the floor twice to get it looking good. but with it clean, dining room new paint and all SLAH decorations out, clena sheets on everyones beds, a whole LARGE bottle on pine sol, and laundry caught up (don't look and the back room - will be done this week) the house looks so nice. smells SO clean. i {{love}}it!
having a small get together in july and the big one....
tucker's 8th birthday party coming up july 20th. sending out invitations to 18 little girls to come to our house for a sleep over. eric is SOOOOOOO excited! i think it will be a blast.
so i'm glad to get the house cleaned up alittle bit. would like it all looking nice before my little gathering, and tucker's party.
scrapbooking personaly.... cleaned out the scrapbook room and have better than half of it purged and cleaned out and sold it all in the yard sale! have finally got a system that i think will work big ziploc bags went through 3 huge boxes and labeled them with events and laid it all out on the floor, i think i have it all sorted out and can start working on albums or mini albums for all of them. i have some great ideas running through my head.... if only i had the time to make them all happen! speaking of that....
i have some really big desires in my heart and really trying to put the foundations down to make thoughs desires and dreams come true. please say a little prayer for me. i continue to ask God if He is putting these desires in my heart to show me the path He would have me take to make them happen!

i have a question for you.. the cintas uniform man every monday when he comes has to ask the dumbest questions (so not his fault, some ding dongs who wants more paperwork to do and well ask dumb questions)the question is... are you very satisfied?

with what you drop of uniforms? (rude i know)

but my question in response... are you ever really satisfied? really... i have good times and bad times and times where i just ask myself "self, why do you try so hard, with so sense happiness"... just numb!

this kinda goes along with a sermon that pastor holden preached this week-end. i truely believe we are living in the end times, and Jesus is soon to return. are you ready? when i stand in judgement of my Lord what will i say to Him? i was so moved with this sermon...
i know i have family members that are not saved, am i doing my job in ministering to them... no. there are some days i feel that i don't even set a good enough example to share my walk with God to anyone. i know we all have days that we slip, but somedays i want to remind Jesus "Jesus my plate is FULL" and "i don't know how much more i can do and or take." and in my heart this is what i hear back "you bring it all on your self"
i so wish that the word "simple" would come into my life. how do you find it, where can i purchase it at? soooo...

hi ya.... guys (eric my husband and maybe keith (another cheer dad) and gals... all 10 of you maybe! *wink

doing ok here, a little stressed... but for the most part doing ok!
well this last week-end i was off to www.paperdillies.com "Croppin In The Wild" at ferncliff camp in little rock ar. I met april half way and followed her... had a great time. was so beautiful, and i was full of ideas so i got ALOT done. 3 layouts, finished my austin mini album, and entered a few contest's the abouve layout got me first in the sports contest! yea! i have another that won over all layout, i think i will save it for my mm master's entry. i was saving this one to BUT is has hit the web... so i will let everyone enjoy.

yes i will play victim to mm masters contest again this year, with a full year of finding my style i think i might have a better chance this year... crossing my fingers and toes.

was excited to be asked by rhonda of www.chatterboxinc.com to travel with her and melanie to gasc in arlington in june. my friend melanie was just named one of the new chatterbox storytellers you can see it here http://www.chatterboxinc.typepad.com

my friend karen came through her surgery the other day and so thankful that it was not as serious as we all thought it could be. my other friend dana is having surgery before end end of the week i pray for the same outcome. blessings, many blessing!

one month and 10 days later you get an update....
i will start with the www.memoryvilla.com 2nd annual crop.
on march 29th i started my drive to peite jean mountian (right outside of morrilton arkansas) was a beautiful drive... by myself time to turn of the radio and enjoy the drive. i of course was expecting the croppers to stay up till all hours of the morning so stopping and getting my 'monster' energy drink WAS A MUST! the poor little girl died when i came to the register with 6 of them...'you are not going to drink all of these? are you?' to myself 'yes i want to run around like a chicken with my head cut off!' but instead she got 'no i don't plan on drinking them all in one setting' DUH! back into the truck to finish my drive. when i got there... of course i was the last dt girl to make it. but jumped right in and was up till 2:15 in the morning getting everything ready. then off to bed! up at 7:15 yes i got out of bed put on undergarments and brushed my teeth and hair up in ponytail. off to finish what needed to be set up... gross but why take 2 showers? my thought... got everything done by 10 and off to look cute... ok as cute as i could get! *wink wink by time the croppers got there i was so excited to see there faces when they got to see everything that was in store for them. MANY surprises, enough door prizes for everyone, great classes, and TONS of fun. day one friday up at 7:15 to bed at 2:45am! day two saturday up at 7:15 fun all day and the food.... well ROCKED! all homemade food with love and care to details. to bed at 2:25am! day three up at 7am and ready for the last day, yes and no. YES because cement floor and my knees and ankles were KILLING me! NO because this year we had 41 croppers, they never got out of thier chairs they were waited on hand and foot. it is so much fun to see their reaction to being pampered. NO i can't go to the bathroom for you! *wink wink but i got to meet some really great ladies and i have attached so photos i ripped off from april. ladies i hope you had as good a time as i did and can't wiat to see you all real soon. got home about 8pm (we stopped and ate dinner and a great mexican food place... with NO margarita's WHAT) when i got home the house was spotless, eric and tucker had worked really hard to have everything caught up so i could come home and well SLEEP!

i'm sorry but do you see that woman over there, bags under eyes, and a really bad hair day, in the getting tight jeans and frumpppppy sweatshirt... she's right over there... oh crap that's me looking in the mirror.
i'm tired, real tired! but here we go with the blog reporting...

1. last week-end tucker's squad won first and class champion! her stunt group got second. i'm so proud of her. my cousin hans and his girlfriend kim came to watch and then took us to dinner at a very cool place in memphis 'big foot burgers' YUMMY!
2. this week-end eric is off to drill and tucker and i are off to oklahoma city... YES to cheer. we have had 3 week-ends in a row and i got to go back to texas next week-end and then off the 17th and the last compitition of the year here in fort smith on the 24th. wow then try outs are april 21 then we start all over again!
3. have been doing ALOT of house cleaning, having a HUGE yard sale at eric's grandma's house on the 16th of march. will be much easier (we don't have a big garage) moving everything to her house and set up and have one big yard sale. when we have one at our house we have to put it all up in the back yard and pray it don't rain, and then i never get it all out of the house. i have been going room by room and eric has been moving as he gets a truck load. we have now filled his truck 3 times and mine 2 times... we have alot of USELESS crap. wish me luck!
4. with the yard sale money we hope to pay off some little bills and get a head start on tucker's school bill for next year.
5. going to order some windows and now that eric's work area will be cleaned out he can get to trimming out our bedroom! hope to get tucker's room, dining room and living room ripped out and done this summer. that lowes credit card will get a work out! again wish me luck!
6. starting back up with the photography starting the 17th all day cheerleaders! and one senior picture setting.
7. scrapbooking... well wednesday night was the first night i have scrapbooked in about a month! have had no time. got tons of stuff to get done... i need a whole day with everything in front of me and get it done. i have the memory villa crop in 4 weeks and then several conventions after that.
8. be thinking of my friend melanie she is having some surgery next week, and needs our prayers.
9. well i guess i should get back to work.

good morning -

well here i am blog slacker yet once again! i will begin with the news and then jump up on my soapbox and well you know the b word!

first and foremost i leave tucker with her daddy on monday and i come home to my baby who can now ride her bike all by herself... no training wheels, no daddy running beside her. i cried.

second cheer we will be leaving for memphis this week-end... i hope we have better luck this week-end. last week-end we went to dallas to nca nationals (the BIG one) and tucker's team was against 12 other teams. now mind you i knew this was a big one, and was setteling for the top half of the group 6th or above and i would be happy well we got 10th... i was sad and hard not to show it in front of tucker. the girls did GREAT just against some really big squads and just couldn't hang on! yes i take cheerleading WAY to serious!

well here i am asking myself, what am i here for? i get in these moods alot here lately and not sure why... old age, depression, un-sure of myself??? i don't know! what else do i take WAY to serious scrapbooking and the whole "getting discovered" process! recap - i eneter mm master discovered NO entered making memories idol discovered NO! i came to the conclusion... (with the help of julsies) i should need NO one to judge my work! i'm creating memories for my children and that's that!

and lastly, i need to find peace, happiness, and less stress. i on the search to find it!

1. please don't laugh... i'm afraid of the dark. yes i know very childish. but for as long as i can remember, the fear of someone getting me while i lay sleeping creeps me out! when eric is gone i do sleep with several lights on.

2. i to have a pepper thing... i love pepper NO salt just pepper!

3. i can not fly by the seat of my pants.... (eric will be glad i'm admitting this) i hate it when i have a plan.... you know a schedule and something or someone throws something in the plan.... i get HOT! i feel off track, i did all this planning for what? i would live to be the type of person who can just GO and do something wild and crazy!

4. i have a notebook problem.... i love cute little notebooks, journals, anything paper products, i can buy and i know i don't need it - BUT they will never make something this cute ever again! so i buy!

5. i have had the same haircut since highschool - YES folks that will be 20 years ago next year 2008 graduated 1988. Going to get a haircut tomorrow how i don't know, but the fear of doing something diffrent scares the H*** out of me. must be able to go in ponytail and back in clip.... NO weraing hair down. i feel fr the hair dresser tomorrow.

good morning blog land

first i want to share what a great week-end we had. we headed off to grapevine texas on friday to cheer cheer cheer. and i'm happy to say we can home through some pretty bad weather, but got some beautiful pictures.... but we can back NATIONAL CHAMPIONS! yes i cried, tucker's squad went up against some great compitition and came out on top! eric got some great pictures of her and i will share tonight or in the morning. GO JAGS GO!

i want to share with you a weg page i found and join in this 100 day adventure with me... www.kerismith.com has opened my eyes to the "little things in life" i ordered her book "living out loud" should be here any day! yea! she as a "100 ideas" list created for scrapbooking or other creative ideas. i have decided to use this list to discover more of the little things in my life. if you print the list off i'm not going in order, i'm gonna do them as i feel they are touching my life. wanna do it with me?

1. go for a walk. draw or list things you find on the sidewalk. (this is the real #1)

for me... on new years day eric was doing some work and tucker and i just wanted to get out of the house. was just cold enough to where a sweatshirt and feel the brisk of the cold air, but yet be comfortable. as we walked along tucker enjoys running (she didn't get this from me *wink) so we would run a couple of blocks and then walk a few blocks. in all of her 7 years of life i have always reached out to hold her hand, (i don't know if this is bad, but for me was still moving) along this walk tucker reached up and took my hand many times, and simply said "i love you mommy" or "your the best mommy" and "mom this is alot of fun, cause we get to see all that Jesus made for us" tucker has such a heart for Jesus and all of His works in this world. suddenly we were looking for bugs and how every tree was diffrent, and how can a flower come up through the sidewalk... you know the little things. but yet to God they are so big and He put them there everyday for us to enjoy, and in the crazy world we call life... we are short to enjoy them somedays.

good morning & happy new year!
i must say i'm sorry for the blog lacking! crazy crazy life!
grab some java and sit for a while... that laundry will wait! *wink

the bulls headed off to lawrence kansas for the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful time with my mom and brothers and their wifes. got to go downtown and eat lunch and my favorite little restraunt chippolte home made burritos! yummy! got to go to my brothers house (jerod) and see his new shop... he lives in the country and was so nice to get out and breath some fresh air and relax. yes my mom took care of her little girl, pumpkin pie, ramen noodle salad, fresh cookies, and dr pepper (thanks trevor) i didn't gain any weight either. Christmas day we drove to pittsburg kansas to see my nannie & popo and my aunt melinda & uncle carl from michigan. had a wonderful time. tucker and dakota got everything they asked for, i went to the three gifts per child, just like Jesus got from the wise men.

new years eve was a party with the other cheer parents, had a great time and eric and i tied for the newlywed game 10 questions and we only missed one, but so did todd and krystal. we both got some creative gifts! *wink

well speaking of new years.... do you make resolutions? not me they useally get broke! so i decided to make little one, achieviable ones so here you go....

1. be a better wife - more supportive and understanding.
2. be a better mother - more patience, understanding, and time with my children.
3. be a better friend - one who sends cards and calls when one of my friends really needs me.
4. be a better buisness woman and photographer.
5. devote more time to scrapbook.... and for me!
6. finish getting my house in order, clutter free.
7. loose 10 pounds by my birthday (may 23) i willl give you more on this later!
and the most important....

8. make myself happy.... with the resolution it will take great faith and obedience, and prayer. but i'm willing to sacrifice and take baby steps to reach happiness! some already know what the main ingrediant to happiness is for me! so please pray!

i took a huge step and entered the www.prismpaper.com dt contest, should find out end of january.... wish me luck.

ok i know i'm posting twice in one week... get off the floor! *wink

while yesterday was a crazy day for Tucker and i, we got to spend it together! So here's what went down...
7:15am dr. harper (orthodontist)
8:45am dr. johnson (dermatologist)
the up town to go get hair product's (they were out, wasted trip) to snug as a bug for new cheer item (all boxed up, for holiday market, wasted trip) then off to tan, then to mall shoes @ warrens, check! bra @ victoria secret's, check! off to find jewlery, NO tucker wanted to shop and i could not fing what i thought would look good with my dress and the girl at the store NO HELP! to dillards to find jewlery, i guess i was not dress nice enough go no one to ever offer to help! gave up left mall. ran home got tucker's cheer stuff around and picked up stuff that i needed to be delivered! went by and picked up fabric that i ordered from eric's uncle tom furniture store! LOVE IT!!!
12:00pm lunch with mel and mia @ el lorito's had a wonderful time! thanks mel
1:30pm eye brow wax @ salon 1801 with suzette
2:10pm dr. laster (eye doctor) new contacts and found a SUPER CUTE pair of glasses i wanted, but have not ordered... YET! *wink
3:30pm coach staci (tucker's private tumbling lesson)
4:10pm le nails -manicure for tucker full set of nails and pedicure for me!
eric had to come and get tucker for tumbling class 5:30-6:30 i then left le's and went to pick her up, picked up dinner on the way home. cleaned house and got stuff ready for cheer tonight. and then i sat down and watched CSI NY off to bed.

my day... CRAZY
but what is so sad i didn't get a third down of what i needed to, before eric and i leave for the Marine Corps ball tommorow morning... yes it will be a long night.

still cleaning out the house and feel better about it, making head way. i don't see a yard sale in my future soon, so i think to start fresh and to make my house look festive for the up coming holiday season... i will be boxing up yard sale stuff that i have strung through the house and stick in garage. i want to put up Christmas trees and decorations. so i hope to get busy on that soon.

cheer season is upon us and the traveling starts next week-end off to hot springs arkansas then the next week-end to tulsa oklahoma then we have a couple of week-ends off for the holiday the start back up the first two week-end in december. love it, have had a little drama at cheer lately and hope it will work it's self out!

tucker had a great halloween, i will try to get pics up the first of the week! till then off to do some work!

well i know i have been a bad blogger so i will do my best to catch you up on me!

eric and i are doing fine - have had some big struggles happen to us over the last couple of weeks, BUT with prayer and faith I know God has a plan for us! house cleaning out is going well... still have tons of scrapbooking supplies for sale and lots of kids clothes, southern living at home items, and you common house nick nacks, i can't have another yard sale TAPPED out only two a year here in fort snore arakansas. so call the house and come by... i mean BUY!

went with my dear friend april to austin texas last week for scrapbook expo and had a great time, with a few struggles we put a smile on our face and made it through the tough times. i have never been to austin before and i will say i want to go back! 6th street ROCKS... i saw way more than this ol country girl has seen in a while. for example "leslie" a man who from what i gather has alot of money but lives on the streets to reach the community has ran for mayor of austin twice and cam ein second both times... well i saw him at his prime mini skirt, fur covered boots, hot mama top and jacket... and a thong yes you heard me right... cute butt there leslie! I have found the BEST food "Iron Cactus" place ROCKS! i got to meet aprils super cool cousin and she took us to all the awesome places... "Hula Hut" another great place to eat, atmosphere is awesome, whole foods grocery stores they make me happy! and well i found my new drink red appple martinis from pf changs! they make me very happy! all in all had a great time... very long drive!

getting ready for the Marine Corps ball this week-end! got my dress (eric let me buy a new one this year) black, new shoes, and new bra (was required but dress style - halter) i think its very... well HOT! don't know how i'm gonna wear my hair yet! i'm going scrapbooking at scrapbooks galore and more all day friday and friday night! yea! i will post pictures of us later!

halloween is to night after cheer practice - tucker is daphene form scooby doo! the wig set's the whole thing off! looovvvve it! will get you a picture soon!

taking a new outlook on my photography buisness... bigger and better!

well life has thrown me many of curve balls here lately and really had to take some time to reflect. i'm about to whine so if you are not a big fan of whinning please skip to next subject... i realize in life we put ourselves in situations by poor decisions and bad choices... i don't want to be there any more. happiness is a choice and i choose to be happy, i don't want negative things around me. i have had some friends that are having this very same trouble. i had some things said to me a few weeks ago, directed at my daughter, that i will not take from anyone...sometimes cutting ties is the best answer! life has taught me little things, ENJOY them! say what you feel, and don't hold back you might not be here tommorow to say it! so with that here is what i have to say....
God - i thank you for the many blessings that you give me and my family, i love you and live to be more like a refection of you daily!
eric - i love you and want us to live a long and happy life... growing old together!
tucker - your are my sweet little angel and mommy loves you more that you will ever know.
dakota - no words could express how you have hurt me, and i miss you.
mom - you are my rock and i love you so much, many of times i know i would not be has strong as i needed to be without you. thank-you! i wish we could be closer, so i could spend time with you everyday!
nannie & popo - well you two are a true blessing to my life, and i live everyday want to make you happy and proud of me! everyday i wish i could come over and hangg out on the backyard swing and just be with you both.
my brothers trevor and jerod - i love you both and miss you! your wifes too. (one of you make me an aunt again...HELLO)
mary - i think of you and pray for you often.
vannesa - i'm proud of you with everything in life you have had to over come... someday i hope ALL your dreams come true.

and lastly my friends i have grown old and learned the true meaning of friendship... my mom should have been my best friend my whole life... young ladies... mom does know best! love you mom

REFLECTIONS.....

i know it's been a while but.... i have had so much on my plate lately.... sorry!
grab a soda, a java, a beer and here we go!

tucker and dakota have both started school. seems so weird a junior in high school and a 2nd grader. dakota says he is doing well and so far likes it! tucker is doing good too. had some trouble with playmates on the playground.... but me i had a plan shared it with tucker over dinner, and it worked, i was mom of the year that next day! she loves her teacher mrs. williams (my maiden name, so it's easy to remember)

cheer is going full force learning the routine and dance, started on the pryamind last night, we start traveling the 2nd week in november and let up in april. ready to go! she is flying and started working on her private lessons with stratton on wednesday.... she was so excited about this.

eric and i have decided to make some MAJOR changes in our life.... it's called the clean and simple, uncluttered life. we will be going throught the house starting this week-end and cleaning and getting rid of stuff. we got alot of stuff when his dad passed and have never gone through it, the garage you can not even walk into. so going to do it first and then move into the house. we hope to have the last yardsale of the year in the next couple of weeks and the beging the gutting of the house. new windows, insulation, new trim, and crown molding a fresh start.

with that were do i scrapbook at? i have decided to put everything in my totes and go mobile till the house is done. speaking of scrapbooking, doing the www.memoryvilla.com shoot in 2 weeks. EXCITED went to ck in tulsa and had a great time! went with april d, melanie, stephanie, dana, mary, ruby dean, and april c. done some help teaching with april, worked in a booth on the floor, first time i have ever done that was alot of fun and got to meet people that i would have never met. helping in april's classes was the great! the women i met AWESOME! i so am in my element doing that! i met this girl who is now stalking me stacey sample. she it the cutest and most bubbly person. i can't wait to see her again! done a little shopping not much, some of the new stuff i was waiting on are not out yet so i will still wait. i have tried out for some new dt's and waiting to hear back. mmm we only have to wait about another 2 weeks, i so hope just to get a hm or some pages published. will let you all know!

now onto the serious stuff.... i have been thinking about some things here lately, stuff that has been weighing on my heart lately. then God starts to show me the answers a little at a time, or uses someone that he puts in my path to say "hey dingdong this is for you"

you know how short our time is here on earth? is it so little to what we will get to spend in heaven. and we spend it working, stressing, running erronds, making appointments, you know the everyday stuff that we feel MUST get done. we guess what i don't wanna care what gets done! SERIOUSLY... i'm missing out on what God has provided for me in enjoy in this life. my children and every little thing they do, do they wanna play in the rain, does tucker just wanna play dress up or barbies.... and i'm to worried about the house getting clean, laundry, ironing. i ripping my self off of life long memories i could be making with her. i miss my grandparents, my nannie and popo.... they live 3 hours from me and i wish i could pick up their house and drop it next to mine. visit everyday and cook together, just sit on the porch swing in the back yard and watch the world pass us by.... talking, visiting, eating popsicles, and enjoying the words they speak and memories that they have about me as a child and letting them enjoy thier great-grandchildren. i want to change that. i miss my mom, the wonderful influence she is on my life is unreal. but sometimes when we talk i wish i could hugg her through the phone. why must we live in diffrent places.... i don't want to wai till we get to heaven to make memories. i have taken time to reflect what is important and what is not. i want to change, i want to live every moment as though it is my last. why do i choose to let little thing bring me down, cause fights between eric and i. enjoy our time.... you never know when it will end. i'm rambling i know.... sorry! i want to live better, i want to enjoy the precious people that God has put into life. ok i must go i'm now crying at work.

good morning.....

latest news in the "bull family"
tucker is now 7 and after a week long celebration....
* sunday the 16th she ate chicken annies chicken with nannie & popo and grandma connie and then she wanted no strawberry shortcake she wanted a popsicle... what?
* thursday the 20th (her actual birthday) she got to take a pinyata (how do you spell that word??) to ms angelas... cookie cake to cheer and dinner ate el loretos with eric family.
* saturday her party with all the girls started at the day spa where everyone got manicures and then lunch at chilis. (thank meli for all your help)
was a great birthday.... if i owe you money sorry i'm broke!

this week-end the bull family will be heading to el dorado kansas to watch my little brother race jet ski's. him and his whole team "reloaded racing" will be there. camping out (in a tent) by the lake and good food.... gonna love it!

ok only one more week-emd till the www.memoryvilla.com taping so excited and nervous at the same time. all of the girls have some ohhhhh coooool stuff that we will be doing! can't wait for you to see it!

hi ya'll

here i am late in the day - but i did check in!
here is the news of the day in my world....

we have a new little member in our family (no i'm not pregnant - can't be) today the guys out in the shop found this ohhh so cute litlle girl kitten, all black and needs a home.... so a trip over to the vet next door for declawing, bath, and shots. her name is now gracie lynn bull. i only hope snowball (our adult male all white cat) will like the idea as much as i do of have another little one around the house. gracie will have to stay at the vet for a couple of days then she will get to come home.

well since another dt member let this out i will share with my crowd. i'm gonna be on a dvd (not that kind knuckle head) www.memoryvilla.com will be filming soon a instructional video that will have some neat trick, little projects, and big project, organizing ideas too. so excited - will give you more details as i can but we are filming soon.
other things in my scrapbooking world gonna have some new layouts up tonight or tomm @ www.memoryvilla.com super cute stuff (ok i like it)
for those who have always wanted my handwriting - details to come soon.
and i hopefully will be teaching soon in a place far far away. working on some stuff to forward to owner. excited - will give you more details and dates if anything happens.

the first person on my list would be my mom.... connie lynn
well where to start without writing a book. My mom is the most supportive, caring, loving, giving, and unselfish person that i know. she is the mother of 4 children and of course the Lord blessed her with me first *wink *wink. she has always put us kids first, above herself in everything. she makes me laugh, and she makes me cry.... but most of all even at 36 years old she keeps me lined out. she encourages me when i have done wrong, she praises me and yells out loud for me when i make her proud. she is the best mom in the world! I Love You Mom....

next would be my nannie & popo.... aka Mildred & Roland Blackmon
well without trying to cry.... my grandparents are a perfect example of what a happy, loving, christian husband and wife are. they have always in my mind been so cute and funny. they love each other and now that they are getting older they take care of each other.... even when they are tired. nannie is always kissin popo so sweetly and popo pinches her on the honey buns. love is good and seeing it happen before your eyes make you wanna love that much too. I Love You both.

what can i say, it's never a dull moment in our life. from me thinking i can 100 things done in a day, to all the running and planning i do, we are always on the go. (sorry athena - *wink) eric loves me unconditional and sometimes he has to reminds me that i should do the same in return. deep inside he is a closet romantic, and i love that about him. he supports every dream i have. i think he would go to the ends of the earth to make his little girl (tucker NOT me) happy. when i'm mad at him i remember the look on tucker's face when her daddy walks into the room and know that i have got the best husband for me and the best father for both of my children. he provides, loves, and just wants dakota and tucker to be happy, and to have some life opportunities that he didn't have. hi ya'll
welcome to my day and my life as i share it with you....

had a wonderful week-end went to see my grandparents (aka nannie & popo) and my mom connie. made the 3 hour trip on friday (yes eric and i 6th wedding anniversary) ps eric got me my pink razor cell phone ( i sooo *heart it.... just can't figure the silly thing out) spent friday night cropping after everyone went to bed and cropped till my mom got there about 3:30 in the morning. saturday it was more cropping, i promised nannie i would get her album done to where all she has to to is add pics of tucker cheering. she loved it. eric did some honey do's for nannie & popo, it's so nice to bless someone with little things that make their lives alittle easier. sunday i got to go eat at my favorite place chicken annies LOVE it (even brought some home) got home last night and welcomed myself back to reality and all the things i need and would like to get done this week. (note to self make a list)

as i was reading through blogs this morning and catching up to what everyone posted over the week-end. i came accross something that melody ross (check her out on my list of favorites on the right) had written on hers, speaking about her ex assistant kat. if you have never met her.... WOW you are missing out. i had the honor and pleasure to meet her two years ago at gasc in arlington texas. she meet some of my friends that took her class, and came back later that night to find them at the crop. she found us and one thing lead to another and we all sat down and talked for hours. she told us all about how the Lord blessed her with www.chatterboxinc.com and how it all seemed to happen over night. in everything that we talked about, i came to the conculsion she is REAL! i'm serious.... she is a working, praying, believing, mom and wife.... she is REAL! she is so inspiring to believe in your self and to follow your dreams (no matter how BIG) you may think they are! everytime i read her blog i truely don't know if i should cry and strive harder to believe in myself and dive in to life. i think just as melody thinks that kat blesses her and keeps her focused and striving to do her best.... kat is a friend. that is what i sooo love about scrapbooking i think you meet some of the most REALEST people in the world. melody this is just a little note to let you know.... your awesome and REAL! thank-you for evrything you do daily to lift us up that read your blog and dare us to reach for the stars. with that this week i will doing what melody done, i will pick a few people in my life that just complete me.... friends, family, girlfriends, and some people who don't even know i'm on plant earth who inspire me. look for a post later today.... i must work alittle.

good mornin all....
i'm here and the pity party is over!
have so much to catch up on.... i've been a bad blogger! so grab a cup of java (today it is cafe carmel for the coffee beanery) i went fully loaded been up since 4:40 and i'm tired.... so i went with all i could get! *wink

i hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of july! we stayed at home and cooked out and after 3 hours of tucker asking if it was dark enough to shoot off her fireworks, thank heaven it was finally dark enough! it was nice to have 4 days off in a row. house got picked up, laundry and ironing got done, and yes april derrick don't have a heart attack on me i got two of my dt layouts done! (i'm the worst and always wait to the last minute)i have to put touches on the last one tonight and get them scanned and emailed to april check out my gallery at www.memoryvilla.com i hope you like them!

we did have one little ok BIG mishap over the holiday week-end, (weak stomachs do not read) took tucker with me to get stuff at paul's meat market, she opens the door there everytime we go. well this time she was a little excited i told her we would get an snow cone on the way home if she would let me run to one more store. so when she pulled back on the door it came back and hit her big toe.... yes she has NO toenail now. i look down and there is blood EVERYWHERE! i feel a little weak in the stomach. i drop everything purse, cell phone, and pick her up. one of the butchers brings out a wet towel and ice, a gentleman customer picks up my purse and belonging and carries them out to my truck and opens the door for me. i of course call eric in a panic do i take her to the hospital or not.... daddy to the rescue. eric comes home and her toe does need some tending to. when eric is looking for something sharp around the house, (her toe nail is hanging on with about 1/4" of skin) what is the sharpest thing in the house, he asks.... cutterpede scrapbooking scissors! a quick dunk in alchol and they are good to go! she was sooooo brave. and when it was all said and done she was quick to remind me of her snow cone. so with ACU Jag flip flops and a red little face (from screaming at eric and crying) we were off to get a LARGE rootbeer snowcone.

done with the yard sales for the year. feel pretty good with how much i got cleared out of the house, and done alot of oragnizing. i will (with the help of melanie)be doing the growing kids sale. speaking of the house with athena's help i have picked the colors of our bedroom and started puchasing things to get it done.YEA! the colors are soooo pretty i can't stand it! very warm and cozy feeling to them.

i will be heading to kansas this weekend to see my mom and grandparents. can't wait to see them.... maybe i'll get chicken annies while i'm there! going to meet laura at www.scrapbookdreamer.com while i'm there too.

gals you have got to get the book "for women only" by shaunti feldhahn love it! saw it on donna downey's blog and is very good reading! will help you understand the man in your life a little better. SURPISE they don't tell you everything and there are some things they are embarrased to tell you! SHOCK i know.

got alot of cool stuff coming up in my future with scrapbooking.... only a few people know and i think it's a surprise! so can't wait to tell you about it. getting ready to go to tulsa for ck next month. and then to scrapbook expo in austin texas in october. love them girl trips out of town, nice hotel and eating out every meal what is not to love about that.... ok if i was famous nad someone else was paying for me to go, that would be GREAT! maybe someday! i was so oragnized for GASC and focused to not spend any money shopping i got ALOT done 9 layouts and 2 mini albums (gifts) and a 12 X 12 album cover decorated (gift for my mom connie) all done! i will start getting ready here in the next couple of days to go to tulsa i want to be just as organized. shopping that will be a problem i will be cropping most of the time at scrapbooks galore and more in tulsa LOVE this store. the last time i was there i made the mistake of taking eric in with me (BIG MISTAKE, HUGE I have to go shopping now (sorry pretty woman moment)) how do you spend that much on scrapbooking stuff? he asks i don't how can you spend that much on fishing lures? love you honey

speaking of my honey eric and i will be married 6 years this friday. WOW hard to believe. it seems like just yesterday that we meet. DOC MURDOCKS fayetteville arkansas faded wrangles, faded blue shirt to match and dirty ball cap! with "makers mark" and coke in hand.... he was one hot thing ladies! (still is!) *wink! here we are many of good days and some bad days 6 years later and i love him more today, than i did yesterday. still wanna hurt him some days! *wink! but for the most part he is a great husband, provider, wonderful and patience father, and he is so dang HOT! he so should be the "AXE" shower gel and body spray model! but would mean other woman would get to smell him (APRIL.... OH no STEPHANIE is the mistress!) *WINK ha-ha lOVE that stuff!

good afternoon blogland....i hope everyone is doing well... i'm ALOT on the sleepy side and just flat wore out! i want to write about a issue today that everyone has a diffrent opinion on and i know some will not agree with me but as dh eric says "i'm gonna be on the emotional side of me now." (WARNING if you don't want to see or talk about the war in iraq please click off this blog NOW)

as many of you know my husband eric is a United States Marine, and i have never felt such a pride in saying that. eric gives up alot, and family time, and in 2003 he gave up the whole year to serve his country. i am very proud of him and any other person in the military and the sacrifices them and their families make. BUT... (you knew that word was coming) while in the beginning i thought i agreed with the war and that we were going to save and help hundreds of thousands of people who needed our help. i mean we are the United States Of America - the richest, most educated, and blessed people on the planet. stop and think about it, my views that i'm about to express, in some countries i could be killed for saying what i think and feel, or as a woman not even be educated enough to speak my mind. so with that said...
the war to me is a very sad thing and on august 1 - 2005 the war became very personal for me. we lost a husband, a father, a son, a friend, and a fellow Marine that i knew (not that baby graham's(nickname)death is more important than any other soldier who has died for our freedom, but i knew him there for a little more painful and personal) i since the beginning of this war watched over 2500 men and women loose their lives for what? i wonder some days... do you? here is what really gets me lately... we have Marines, Navy and Army personal who are being brought up on murder charges for being in a hostile enviroment and doing their job. the Marine Corps has an ol saying "shoot first ask question later" (to some i know not funny)but do you want to be there amoung people who hate you and don't want you there. i know the news feeds off the bad and that somedays that's all we see, i know there is some good going on there. but really in the latest stories of bringing military personal up on charges.. give me a d*** break. for that i want to know who killed my friend, my friends husband who is now raising two boys all by herself. i want to know, we have been there while they get their new government in order, and yet they stand by and do nothing to those who claim to be responsable for these actions against our soldiers while defending their iraqi country, and rebuilding it with my tax dollars. even as i write this i'm crying, i'm mad, sad and angry all in the same emotion. we let groups over there go un punished for burning civilian contractors alive. UNPUNISHED! the most recent story of PFC Menchaca and PFC Tucker being kidnapped and tortured and killed. an isurgent group claimed doing this, do we know where they are? is the city or area that they are in be that big? i don't know. but i think we should make an effort to find out and bring them to justice. is there justice in this war? for me no. i think we are over there wasting our tax payers dollars, rebuilding a country that in my eyes does not deserve our help. they burn our flag, spit on our soliders, and most don't even want us there. now the human side of me feels for the women and children that we are helping, but if we end this war on the same note that we ended the last war on. all we're doing is breeding more anger, because the men we are killing over there today, their children will grow up and be the next terrorist. is this war gaining anything? i know i'm not the most educated person on the planet, but i have a voice and i have a mind and i wanted to share. i pray daily for the soldiers who now in my mind fighting a war that will never end, and in that process we will loose more American Soldiers. is it worth it? we are loosing men and women in iraq that will never see their children again, walk their daughters down the isle to be married, high school graduations. and the spouses that are left behind, there is no words that could express what they go through everyday alone, raising their children. and longing for their loved one. i think it's time we send some of our congress, senators, vice president, and yes even the presidents children over there. i know some things would be taken a little more serious and personal if one of their children were ingured or even killed. we are not a military who discriminates, women can go to war to. (refering to the bush twins) instead they are hear getting an education and living the fine life. (please don't think i'm singling out the presdients daughters - i'm not) now i can hear some of you saying well they signed up to be in the military, those soldiers knew what they could get themselves into inlisting. yes, and i'm sure 90% of them would sign again, but do they deserve to set in jail, be charged with murder, possiably being dishonorably discharged from whatever branch of service they are in... for doing their job. i say no. what about you... do they deserve to be in iraq wondering what they are fighting for.
again i know opnions vary on this subject, but this is my uneducated, emotional take on the war. tonight when you set down to eat your dinner, know that there is a solider who may not have ate today at all or is eating an MRE. when you lay your children down to sleep tonight, know there is a soldier who has not seen his children in month's or maybe a year. when you lay down tonight in your air conditioned home and you are settling in to be comfortable, know there is a soldier who is trying to get 3or 4 hours of sleep in 110 or higher degree weather. get back out of bed go and pray for those soliders, who are fighting and some dying to bless you with those freedoms. thank-you

mornin....

have you ever just wanted to vent? well talked to my lil brother last night and my mom yesterday and found out all about jerod's crash on his jet ski this past week-end. i'm personaly amazed that my brother was not hurt worse than what he was. for those who have never seen a jet ski race, it is very intense. these guys take it very serious and put ALOT of money and heart into this sport. my brother jerod said i could not post my thoughts on the ski web forum, so maybe the JERK i'm talking about will be smart enough to find my blog and read how i feel about his very unsportsman like conduct. short version of the story this JACK*** went to pass my brother on the outside on the curve jerod saw over his shoulder him coming and took the inside so J* could pass on the out side, well needless to say that was not J* intention. he became airbourne over my brother and actually landed on jerod's ski and tore it up pretty good. jerod knew there was other skiers coming behind him at speeds up to 50 mph or more (not sure i'm guessing but they go FAST) so he had to drive under the water to keep from getting hit. when these races go on you have a very small window to catch your favorite rider go by and yell. so when my sil denae and my mom didn't see jerod come by they knew someone had gotten hit and now know it was jerod. mom said she was so scare. as i'm sure my sil was too. well the J* never said he was sorry, and then have nerve to ask to borrow parts from jerods team " ReLoaded Racing" jerod said he was stunned. needless to say he got no parts from anyone who knows my lil brother. so i just want to send a warning out the guy - you know who you are, and you should count your lucky stars i was not there, cause you and i would have had words. so to protect the idenity of this man i should really not tell you the name of the J* i'm sure i should let everyone involved get thier own opinion of Kurt Coffey... ohhh crap did i put his name on my blog... darn it i already hit the publish post button. *wink love you jerod ... sign you biggest fan and big sis le anne

hi world.....

13 days since my last entry.. i know understand why i don't keep a paper journal..i suck at this! but since i'm here i will update you..pull up a chair and a cup of your favorite java.. i got mine here carmel frap from coffee beanery (went for frozen today!)
1. i just talked to my lil brother jerod on the phone (he races jet skies as a hobby and is ranked i think in the top 15 of his ski range in the US) yes he rocks! anyhow he and my sil denae and my mom connie went to lincoln neb. this week-end to race, he was in a crash on his ski yesterday. i could tell he was tired and let him go, all i got for now is that he messed up his right arm pretty good an x-ray (nothing is broken) and well how bad the ski is he didn't want to talk about it! please pray that he is ok and that ski doesn't need alot of $ to repair.
2. last week was a very rough week for me dealing with alot of presonal issues and struggles trying to work through them with the help of my mom and friends (what i would do with out my mom and friends - CRAZY) my mom love her she listens and then just tells me how it is! so does melanie sometimes you just need to have someone get in your face and tell you that it is ok to have bad days. my personal struggles are some that i don't care to share on line.. but if you would pray for me and my family.
3. had a yard sale on saturday only made about $80.00 but hey almost enough to pay for my hotel for this week-end.. yea! means i don't have to put it on a credit card!
4. tucker and i went to the old fort day rodeo on saturday night, and had a great time. she loved the cowboys.. (wonder where she gets that from??) she really enjoyed the barrell racing, cause it was the girls! girls rodeoing ROCKS! so everyone knows how bad this child wants a dog, well now she asked for a horse.. so daddy can teach her how to barrell race. told her we could not put a horse in our back yard.. so she then asked can we by a farm? i love it.. eric just laughed when i told him the story last night. i just think in the back of my mind she has got the perfect name... rodeo queen Tucker Bull barrell racing champion Tucker Bull .. think eric knew this would happen when he named her? i hear this KU home coming queen Tucker Bull and captian of KU cheer squad Tucker Bull. think we put to much pressure on her.. no cause she don't know i'm think this!
5. getting ready for gasc in arlington! leaving on wednesday with the girls. so excited i could use a little break. plus i have so much to catch up on scrapbooking wise. looking forward to a grand gasc time with julie, melanie, monica, rhonda, april d, and my newest buddies larolin and terry from little rock met these two and just hit it off. larolin owns www.paperdillies.com get scrapbooking kit company check it out! staying at the wyndam hope that a/c works this year! and looking forward to joes crab shack! wonder if chachie still works there?
6. then the next weekend i will be heading up to pittsburg kansas (my home town) home of the gorillas grrrrrrr! for my family reunion. can't wait. my aunt melinda and uncle carl are flying in along with their kids anna and her husband marc and their little one . my cousin hans who lives in memphis tenn. can't wait to see everyone. gonna do some pictures for everyone. looking forward to getting some good ones of me and my grandparents and me and my mom, then some of my grandparents by themselves.
7. photography is going really well, i am so happy with how the buisness is going and hope it really takes off this summer.
8. well day i will work and go to the gym tonight, tommorow gym at 5:15 am and work all day, eric will take tucker to cheer, work wednesday till 3 then i'm out town baby! will check back when i return. will miss you all and see you soon.

yes i'm 36 years old today. i will still claim 29 though.....*wink! how can woman be so blessed.
eric and tucker surprised me at my office first thing this morning before she left for school. (poor thing she is as bad as her mom, if there is a present involved OPEN IT NOW!) she could not wait till after cheer. i got a wonderful trinket box and two cards that were so perfect to me and eric and me and tucker. got a cup of coffee and a coffee beanery gc.

then this morning my nannie called..... have you ever loved somebody so much? NO..... not as much as i love my nannie. she called to wish me happy birthday, and the tears started to fall when she told me how much i mean to her and my popo, and all the memories she has of me growing up. i love you nannie & popo!

hi world.....

well here we are at hump day... i don't know why it's hard for me to write on here everyday, i'm sitting here at the computer for 7am till 3pm monday -friday... ok lazy or to much work... one of those sounds good! *wink
so what's up!!! with me here you go...
1. 21 days till GASC in arlington can't wait! not ready to go... have not even started. but hope to get some things around this week-end!
2. got pictures on saturday... dh eric has decided to go play golf with a friend dr. scott. so i now know i won't get to see much of him this week-end. guess it's a saturday - sunday thing!
3. my dear friend athena's mom got a GREAT report for the doctor last week after her long battle with breast cancer... it's now over she is CANCER FREE! praise the Lord! so they are having a little get together saturday night. should be alot of fun... tucker and i are wearing pink of course. my nannie is also a breast cancer survior... what a battle women must go through with this... when you have the chance please donate to this cause for a cure.
4. eric's cousin becca and her husband eric are coming down this week-end for a family reunion. can't wait to see her and eric. they are expecting their first baby, you know me i want pictures! we are getting a little boy!
5. for tucker and dakota only 7 days of school left- wow!
6. eric and i done a good cleaing on the house monday night, hope to get some more done tonight, have to iron too, plus get stuff ready for the cheer yard sale, think it's gonna be in greenwood!
7. dakota's knee is doing better, did i tell you he got his learner permit to drive... oh my dakota driving! plus he likes his new job!
8. my nannie's eye surgery went ok... please keep her in your prayers. love you nannie and popo!
9. and my mom connie is at home, she is getting some rest but i think she is ready to get back to work too! thanks for all your prayers. love you mom!

ok all things caught up i think....
still working toward my many little goals, please keep me in your thoughts. i hope once i get the house cleaned out and somethings bought up for the house and paid for things for dreams will start coming into play.

something i disovered today while driving to work... what happened to radio stations that play good ol country music! yes conway twitty, old george straight, oak ridge boys, you get my point. i grew up on that stuff. flipping through the radio this morning i found one. 107.3 love it! i'm sure i looked the fool driving to work got to hear conway and the oak ridge boys i was one singing FOOL! love it!

good mornin blogland (and to the only 5 people who read this *wink)

alot has happened in the last week so hear again is a recap....
1. please keep my mom connie in your prayers - she is still in the hospital some time last week her appendix ruptured and had to have surgery last thursday night. she was filled with the toxic crap that can go into your body when this happens. she is still not up to par, but i'm believing that she will make a complete recovery. i only wish i was closer to her to take care of her.
2. my nannie is having surgery this coming monday on her eyes. please say a prayer for her too.
3. good news my friend julie that we were praying for her little pug miles... that little thing came home on saturday! YEA! check out the whole story on her blog to the left.
4. dakota gave me a lil scare last night called from the ER in rogers. he is ok just cut open his knee while playing ball. and 5 stitches and 12 staples later, he is feeeling much better. just talked to him and he took the day off from school. did i mention he got his 1st job... he will be working at the hospital in rogers, not sure what all he will be doing yet. i'm excited for him, cause he's excited.
5. the girls and i had a wonderful time on friday scrapbooking at my house all said and done i got nannie cheer book done, tucker's teacher year end gift done, julies cj done, the cover to my NY album, and a little organizing. now i have to get everything doen for GASC we leave in 29 days WOW! i know i'm taking my NY album, i got everything sorted in to places, pics, and thing i picked up last night at cheer. that is ready to go. still have a list of cj to get done, i hope to get to work on that this week-end. plus need to take more pics of tucker to take with me. i'm only taking 3 classes so i will have alot of time to get personal stuf

yes - yes i'm still here.
CRAZY CRAZY around here! So heres the big long catch up...
1. NATIONAL CHAMPIONS - WE ROCK
in arlington all three squads took home the 1st place trophy. done for this year, but looking forward to what is in store for next year. around there and with staci as the coach it's only gonna get better! In other cheer news check out www.acujags.com and check out who is the parent of the month. ME !! keith hocott gave me the honor, although i think he is really confused about me being so loud that i have forced him to move the camera set up. *wink i love the friends that we have made at that gym - life long friends that are just awesome... yes keith you can be one! but your wife helps your status *wink.
2. eric has drill this week-end so what else would the women of the house do on NATIONAL SCRAPBOOK DAY! that's right the girls are coming over! friday night yea! hope to get some stuff done and caught up. you funny girl! went to scrapbook mania in fayetteville last friday - got 2 of my mm masters layout done - i really love them! got 1/2 of another done. gonna try to get some stuff sorted and done tonight after cheer.
3. well keeping up on the house is going well the living room - bathroom - and dining room stay very clean and organized. i have had 2 yard sales and at each of them i have limited myself at what i put back into the garage, so that means alot has been donated or given to goodwill. i have got 1/2 the attic cleaned out and sorted to scrapbooking or to the kids memory boxes. makes me feel so good getting the clutter out. still have a lot more to go through. hope to have the clutter out and basics only by the end of the year. *crossing fingers!
4. www.lifeslittlemomentsphoto.com is going well. booked through the middle of june, and hoping to get some more bookings. this brings me so much joy and relaxation - i love creating memories for others. got to get on to eric to finish the web page and get some advertising going!
5. well the school year is almost over hard to believe that dakota will be in 11th grade and tucker in 2nd - where does the time go. i guess this is a hard time of the year for some of the teachers - my friend athena i think has it down to minute of when school is out!
6. on great news tucker and i were baptised on sunday night at our church. was a very moving and exciting moment for both of us. to see tucker's love for Jesus shine is one of the most powerful things i have ever seen.
7. please keep eric's old unit in your prayers 1/25 is in iraq now, pray for their safety, and to keep them stong.
8. keep my dear friend julie in your prayers to - her lil pug miles is missing. please pray for miles safe return home.

well here i am blog slacker! have been busy at work, cheer, home, buisness, ect. in other words alot of crap to be done and never enough time to do it in!
well this coming week-end is the last cheer compitition of the year, thursday after practice we will be heading to arlington texas, and to six flags! will get there late but will get to sleep in and while eric is off playing golf with the guys tucker and i will hit the scrapbook store recollections and have some girl fun. kinda sad will be the last performace of this years routinue but tryouts for next year are may 13 and look forward to what staci has up her sleeve for next years routine. did i mention tucker did her backhand spring last night on her own off the wedge. go tucker - so proud of you!
the girls and i a gearing up for some scrappin fun... going to fayetteville on the 28th for an all nighter at scrapbook mania, may 5 the crop is at my house, june it back to gasc in arlington, august ck in tulsa, and going with the april derek back to texas in october. so excited. now that i have been published for the first time, like any scrapbooker, i want it again. i must be patient. so im gonna get all the little project i have started complete, use up my stock, that way there when i go to the conventions i get some new stuff. speaking of new stuff check out www.memoryvilla.com they got the new queen & co. stuff in! YUMMY - projects i need to get done....

have done a handle full of photo shoots over the week-end trying to get them done. have two weddings next month. plus getting close on having my font stuff done, and now im doing tshirts. people wonder why i don't sleep. *wink not to much longer 256 days!

ok i will end on a funny story.....
two weeks ago the kids saw the lady down the street having a yard sale, "mom can we get out our yard sale stuff?" "we'l do it mom, if you will help us get it out." mom "ok" drag it all out by 9am and between 9am and 1pm them to kids made $258.00 mom "holy crap" so this past easter weekend was the planned yardsale - yard signs, ad in the paper, took off work at 1 on friday to set up the whole back yard with my priceless junk.... and i make $50.00 mom "what the heck!!!" so box up what has been in two yard sales and gave to the goodwill, yes mom i didnt hang on to it! *wink i think i'm getting better at my pack rat problem.

need to get some serious work done to the house. *hint eric

running through walmart yesterday i think i found my furniture for my crop space will only need $400.00 for furniture and then so cute add ons.
good thing meli is having a yard sale and she said i could bring some stuff over! hope to put some of it on laya way and get it bought up! wish me luck. i think that is a quick catch up.

lil oh meeeeee.....

ok may not be a big deal to anyone else but here we go.....
the kids and i had a yard sale on saturday, well left the kids in charge, i have so much yard sale stuff that i have created over the last few weeks its crazy, will have another this week-end, whats left will go to goodwill..... any way back to story..... as the kids were moving things back together as things were selling i was dragging more out of the garage. so as i was setting things out on the tables when this SWEET lady walked up and asks if im flexable on my scrapbooking stuff that i had for sale..... well of course. after i tell her new prices on the things she wanted, she said to me.....

my BFF julie came by the house last night - SURPRISE! see julie lives in the big town of POTEAU oklahoma so i only get to see her when we schedule a crop or we are going on a girlie trip. so it was a great SURPRISE! i had a little gift for her (a cute little key chain *wink i got me one too so we are twinkies) and she had a great gift for me.... see julie has great taste in purses and has a gifting for finding them cheap (no offense julise) so when i make a comment "ohhh that purse is sooooo cute" i sometimes get the handme downs! and this one ROCKS! well tuesday afternoon here.. and having a fairly normal week.. *wink as normal as can be when it comes to me!
getting ready for this week-end 1st annual www.memoryvilla.com crop! don't worry there is still time to sign up, go check out the site and get ready for some great classes, make-n-takes, great food, and FUN FUN FUN! Plus what a view.
still keeping up with the house, really need to get into tucker's room and do a deep cleaning. next is the attic! shooting for a yard sale in april, gotta raise that money for all the scrapbooking conventions coming up! *wink (love you honey!) have really gone through all the scrapbooking supplies and cleaned out all the old and making room for the new! *wink (sorry again honey) this makes jon and cindy happy at www.memoryvilla.com when i get a private email letting me know "NEW HEIDI SWAPP" just in. i pull a melanie and fall to floor from passing out only to wake up looking for eric's credit card! *wink i must save my money for hotels and food!
